I’m Monte Enbysk and I live in the Seattle area. I am not an elite runner or bicyclist, though I am friends with many of both. I run and bike for fun and the health benefits. I can get you to the finish line but probably not to the Boston Marathon, and definitely not to the Tour de France (but, yes, the Tour de Peaks).
